Defensive tackle Juan Harris really can't decide if he wants to go to Iowa or not.

The three-star recruit has decommitted from the Hawkeyes a third time. Yes. A third time. And there's still more than seven months to go until National Signing Day.

We'll see if Harris eventually picks Iowa (again). He can change his mind as much as he wants until he signs his name on signing day.
